Comedians Ian Goldstein and Emily Menez (in partnership with One Nation, Overcharged) invite you to join them as they fix the broken American Healthcare System in two days. Come to Brooklyn Art Haus on Saturday 8/22 and Sunday 8/23 for a series of events showcasing some of the best writers, comedians, cartoonists, and storytellers as they fix the system together. Tickets are free (unlike your healthcare!)

Show #1: The Broken American Healthcare Variety Show

Saturday 8/22, 7 – 8p

Come see an eclectic mix of comedians! Standups, storytellers, writers, and characters all take on the broken U.S. Healthcare System. Laughter is the best medicine, but a functioning healthcare system wouldn’t hurt. Lineup to come!

Show #2: The Out-of-Network Network Cartoonist Comedy Show

Sunday 8/23, 12pm-1pm

Do you like a brilliantly composed cartoon that emphasizes how our healthcare system is broken? Same! On this show, you’ll hear writers and illustrators present their best healthcare comedy cartoons. Bonus: it requires barely any reading! Are we collectively dumb? Lineup to come!

Show #3: Oh No, Not Another Healthcare-Themed Satire/Storytelling Show

Sunday 8/23, 4pm-5pm

Gather ‘round for some satire and storytelling all centered on healthcare! Some of the finest minds in comedy ponder how individuals can navigate the confusing, complicated American Healthcare System. Did we mention it’s a comedy show? Lineup to come!

Show #4: We Fixed American Healthcare! The Game Show

Sunday 8/23, 7pm-8pm

We did it! We won. We’re closing out this raucous festival with the wackiest of game shows. Where ideology, characters, and legitimate concerns about how we’ll all stay alive collide. Win prizes! Hear comedy! Yell at healthcare failures and celebrate communities standing up to stuff. The big three! Lineup to come!
